The Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback about your experiences of our services to help us make improvements.

The Friends and Family Test is a national survey and asks two simple questions about your experience. The results provide a way for you to easily compare NHS services so you know where you and your family can receive the best possible care. The information will also give us valuable feedback about what you think of our services which can be used to help us make improvements if required.

All responses to our Friends and Family test are anonymous. Your personal details will not be recorded and your views will not adversely affect the care you receive.

The Friends and Family Test does not replace existing feedback methods, you can still make compliments or complaints in the normal way.
