Service user and carer forums
Come and talk to our senior leaders at our monthly service user and carer forums.

Listening to the experiences of the people who use our services is a key to making sure services are delivered in a safe, supportive and respectful way.
Our borough-based service user and carer forums are part of the diverse range of options we have developed to enable individuals to provide feedback in a way which is convenient for them.
They provide an opportunity for service users, carers, their advocates and representatives from third sector organisations to discuss services in their borough and any planned developments.
The agenda includes 'Take it to the Top' which is an open question and answer session with senior Trust leaders - often including the Chief Executive and Chairman.
Information gathered from the forums is collated alongside feedback through other methods and reported quarterly to our Quality Committee and to our commissioners.
Our service user and carer forums take place each month and we rotate each forum so they take place across all our boroughs. We are in the process of setting these up in Sefton.
