What is SHOUT?
SHOUT is a chance for young people like you to get involved and make sure your voice is heard, to help us improve our services. It’s open to anyone who is using or has used child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) and would like to make a difference to mental health services in their area.

We have six SHOUT groups running in:
  • Fairhaven Young People's Unit
  • Halton
  • Knowsley
  • St Helens
  • Warrington
  • Wigan
At the Trust, we believe that, as young people, you have the answers and the knowledge about what you want from our young people's services and you are vital in helping us to make sure our services meet the needs of the people who use them. Find out more about SHOUT by viewing our information leaflet.

Why should I get involved with SHOUT?
If you join SHOUT you will have lots of opportunities to get involved, including:

  • Local fixes: You will be able to get involved with local charities and organisations, such as supporting and helping to plan events in your local area.
  • Service developments: You can get involved with service developments, such as service design, audits and improvements. This can be done through media, art, poetry, sports, music or any other talents you might have.
