Our commitment to preventing suicide

We believe suicide is preventable and are working in partnership to help make that happen.

Suicide is a devastating event. Family, friends, people involved in someone's care and the wider community feel its emotional and practical impact.

We believe suicide is preventable.

Suicide prevention is a priority for the Trust. But we know we can't do it alone.

We are working with our staff, health, social care and education partners, as well as our communities, to help prevent suicide.

We are working alongside local partners to raise awareness, educate and empower people to drive change.

Everyone has a part to play. By working together, we can help prevent suicide.

NO MORE suicide pledge
As part of the Champs Cheshire and Merseyside public health collaborative, we've signed the NO MORE suicide pledge to demonstrate our commitment to taking action on suicide.

Our suicide prevention section provides more information about the local and national campaigns we support, as well as offering advice and resources to help prevent suicide and support those who have been affected by it.
