Our culture of care
At North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, we are passionate about delivering high quality care for our service users and carers, which aligns with NHS England's 6Cs of nursing – care, compassion, commitment, courage, communication and competence.

In fact, we believe the 6Cs don't just apply to our nursing staff but to every member of staff working for our Trust.

If you are also passionate about delivering high quality patient care and putting our service users at the heart of everything you do, we want to hear from you.

Proud to be Disability Confident
Our Trust is proud to be recognised as a Disability Confident employer. Being Disability Confident means we are committed to recruiting and retaining disabled people and people with health conditions for their skills and talent.

As an employer, we guarantee to interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for any post advertised, providing the applicant has indicated they have a disability on their application.

The Trust also promotes and supports the employment of people who use our services. As a matter of good practice, we have service user and carer representation in our recruitment processes. We are also committed to supporting disabled people in the workplace and promoting disability confidence across the Trust.
