We aim to create an open and transparent culture and place significant importance on encouraging staff to speak up about any concerns they may have at work, particularly anything affecting patient care.
This helps us to keep improving our services and care for patients and the working environment for our staff.
Our Freedom to Speak Up process provides staff with a safe, supportive and confidential route to raise concerns, with the confidence they will be taken seriously and investigated.
We aim to create a culture based on listening and learning and not blaming. As such, staff can choose to raise concerns anonymously.
