Core benefits

Annual leave
We provide a generous annual leave entitlement for all staff of 27 days a year. This increases to 29 days after five years' service and 33 days after 10 years.

Occupational Health and Wellbeing
Our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team provides clinical, advisory and support services for staff on all aspects of work-related health and wellbeing. 

Salary sacrifice scheme
We have a number of schemes you can choose to opt in to, making payments before tax, directly from your salary.
  • Cycle to work scheme – supports staff to make healthier and more sustainable travel choices by making it easier for staff to access a bike and cycling equipment at reduced costs.
  • Car lease scheme – we have teamed up with CPC Drive to provide staff with brand new, fully maintained and insured cars for up to three years.
  • Annual leave purchase – staff have the opportunity to apply to purchase a maximum of 10 days' additional annual leave each year.
