If you are feeling worried or anxious about the Covid-19 outbreak, you aren’t alone. If you already have a mental health problem like anxiety or depression, you might be particularly worried about the impact the situation will have on you.

We are all different and we will all cope with things in different ways; finding some aspects of the situation more challenging than others. The good news is, there are things we can all do to look after our mental and physical health during this difficult time and protect our wellbeing.

There are lots of information and resources out there to help but sometimes it can be overwhelming trying to find trusted guidance that is right for you.

To help with this, we have pulled together some trusted national resources, which you may find useful. We have grouped these into resources for adults (including adults with a learning disability, autism or dementia) and resources aimed at children, young people and their parents or carers.
